Advance Intelligence Group is a Series D fintech startup valued at 2+ billion USD with multiple business units reaching across APAC and beyond. In this role, I have hired and built a team that supports each business unit with actionable consumer and industry research and insights, and tangible product and design thinking to help shape product and business strategy. This includes completing the first large scale target consumer quant and qual research, multiple industry reports and recommendations leading to the creation of two new product lines, and supporting the launch of two entirely new business lines from both a Product and Marketing perspective. In addition to innovation, my team provides deep dive analyses to help with cost savings and product improvements.

Leading Product Marketing for Google's first 5G phones - Google Pixel 5 and Google Pixel 4a with 5G. I work to bring consumer insights into every product decision, championing the user and ensuring we are building product features that users will care about. I led the insights and drove the initiative to create an Extreme Battery Saver mode to deliver 48 hours of battery life, worked with Security leads across Google to have Pixel earn a perfect score from 3rd party analysts on security, and drove the 5G product strategy. I then developed the portfolio positioning and messaging, briefing in and working with go-to-market teams on developing all global Marketing assets. My work on the 5G Google Pixel phones culminated in being able to represent the many teams that built these phones in announcing them to the world (see YouTube video linked above). Previously led Product Marketing for Pixel 3 Software and Pixel Stand.

Sales Training & Advocacy Lead for Pixel 1 + Pixel 2 As part of the Training & Advocacy team in Google's Retail Marketing org, I contributed to developing and executing the go-to-market plan to launch Pixel in its first and second years. This included piloting an innovative advocacy program that drove significant uplift in NPS and sales, as well as creating engaging training assets to educate retail sales associates worldwide on Pixel.

Mechanical Engineering Department: Adjunct Lecturer for a course called Designing Your Life at the Life Design LabI led a section of graduate students at Stanford through a course that helps them learn frameworks, skills, and asks them questions about how to design their professional / post-academic life. The course is built on design thinking principles and how to apply design thinking to life decisions.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Global Operations, I worked with regional directors and their strategy teams to surface key insights and priorities to global teams in HQ. I then spun up and program managed cross-functional teams to address areas of strategic importance and opportunity based on these insights and priorities. My program management responsibilities included everything from scaling best practices for Operations and Marketing to cross-functional driver engagement / loyalty programs to org design for the Global Ops org in order to scale from ~2000 employees to ~7000+ employees.

As a Business Analyst, I created global reports on key operating metrics and provided deep dive analyses to help drive improvement in these metrics. I also spearheaded an effort to consolidate over 15 regional reports into a single, automated, global report for the entire operations org to use to track weekly performance.

When I joined Shopkick, it was a 25 person team with Series B funding from Kleiner Perkins Caufield &Byers, Citi, Greylock Partners, and Reid Hoffman. It had also been rated:- Top 10 App in 2010 - Wall Street Journal- Top 10 App to Watch in 2011 - MashableAt Shopkick, I supported both the Partnerships team and the Product team. I created weekly reports for retail partners including Target, Best Buy, Macy's and Simon Malls on performance metrics and attended meetings to create and report on data-driven strategies to improve performance. I also led 100+ weekly usability tests in conjunction with developers, designers, and the product team to assess market and consumer needs, as well as test ideas for features, user interface designs, and user experience
