As a PMP-certified Associate Project Manager within CA Services, I was responsible for applying Project Management Methodology based on PMI project management methodology and best practices to manage project implementations of product solutions into client environments, to work with key stakeholders and tenured project managers to achieve desired outcomes, to oversee project deliverables, schedule and budget and to deliver results that meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.

As an Associate Services Consultant in the Virtualization and Service Automation practice within CA Services, I worked as an integral part of project teams helping customers to implement CA Service Catalog and Process Automation solutions. I entered the Associate Services Consultant Program (ASCP) at CA Technologies, where I underwent a comprehensive training and mentoring program, earning accreditation in several CA products, and gaining valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of implementation, including design, installation, configuring, testing, and documentation. I have also been involved in the development and testing of new, leading-edge service offerings for CA Services such as Automation Suite for Clouds.

As a dashboard developer, I was involved in developing and maintaining the ASU dashboards and websites. This involved working with the softwares Corda Centerview, Adobe Captivate and Adobe Dreamweaver, as well as languages such as SQL and HTML
