I'm an Engineer turned Linkedin Certified Professional Recruiter, passionate about technical recruiting and inclusive hiring. I have 8 memorable years of recruitment experience which involved not just sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding amazing candidates, but also, interviewing, mentoring and leading plenty of junior scouts and partners on the team to become successful in their roles. I enjoy learning about market trends, new technologies and gathering market insights to educate the businesses I support since it is always important to picture the facts vs reality. I have pushed my boundaries of regular work and led several project initiatives that helped newer folks on my team ramp up more quickly. To mention a few - prepared tech stacks of the product teams at Adobe; prepared mind-maps for certain roles; compared compensation and benefits of over 22 companies against Adobe; prepared micro-videos to help colleagues with onboarding; produced a TP Playbook to help newer TPs understand recruitment best practices and other processes to follow in their role at Adobe. In this process, I put on a researcher hat, along with learning several tools such as Lucidchart; SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc. Did a similar project while at Entrata as well.I believe in being genuine and giving my 100% to own my work!Fun Fact : I have done some UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during Adobe's hiring pause back when the pandemic hit in 2020, for the Creative Cloud Education team. Worked on some Manual Testing to ensure Adobe Spark (now Adobe Express) was integrated well into various LMSs (Language Management System) like Canvas, Blackboard, MS Teams & Google Classroom and wrote test cases to record our findings and share with the development team. This was an awesome opportunity to be on the other side of the spectrum and witness what actually happens in the engineering world that bring amazing products to life!
