Program Manager for global teams of Project Managers, Network Engineers, UNIX SA’s, Storefront Service Delivery Managers, Cable Technicians and 3rd party vendors - all in support of critical Ultra Low Latency High Frequency Algorithmic Trading applications and infrastructure in Americas, EMEA & APAC.

Next Gen WAN Phase III • Construction of a Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) network spanning London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and North America on a single Optical WAN backbone to improve SAN, Data Network performance and to reduce cost. • New WAN backbone made up of more than 4 carrier and route diverse transatlantic STM-16 circuits, and 4 carrier and route diverse transpacific STM-1 circuits. • Expansion of Cisco based telco infrastructure into Canada via the construction of two collocation sites. Tertiary Data Center Build • Deployment of a complex Business Continuity initiative – including the build of 2 new data centers in London.• Required the build of a WAN network leveraging SDH technology via four high speed long haul STM-1 circuits to London for tertiary and quaternary data center connectivity. • Included design, deployment, and total failover testing of tertiary and quaternary connections to key external vendors (BONY, DTCC, Loanet, OCC) from discrete U.S. colo facilities to London for reduced impact from "total disaster scenario" events in the New York Metro area.
