• Create a project plan together with stakeholders according to the agreed project goals and results• Coordinate internal resources and vendors regarding implementation• Manage kick off meetings with clients before the project starts• Manage and monitor the implementation of plans and ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and produce good quality• Ensure availability and allocation of resources • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders • Establish and maintain relationships with vendor• Create comprehensive project documentation and reports• Make report to clients as agreed in the contract
