I am working as an intern at CBRE India's Mumbai branch wherein I am going to be working on data mining, data analysis, competitor analysis, understanding client needs and requirements, making presentations, shortlisting data etc.

I researched the impact of COVID-19 on the market of properties in Maharashtra, India. I also researched the state of the real estate market before COVID-19 and after COVID-19, the research also specifically talked about the impact of COVID-19 in Mumbai. I majorly used newspaper articles, reports and blogs to gather a variety of information. This helped me extensively in gaining a better understanding of the real estate market in India and how it functions. I made a report that stated all my understanding and key takeaways were predictions and forecasts of future trends.
