- Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media.- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.- Maintain accurate customer records.- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.- Actively participate in team meetings.

- Ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. - To communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.- To organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers.- Develop detailed project plans to track progress- Perform risk management to minimize project risks- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project objectives- Ensure all assigned projects and deliverables are on time and within quality & scope- Work with team and customer to develop project objectives and scope- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule- Report and escalate issues to management as needed- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
