Roles and Responsibilities Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Company's Quality Policy. Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. with the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents. Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made pas the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications. Liaise with the Client's representatives for the conduct of day-to-day quality related project activities. Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or cancel the stop work order upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies. Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff in submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings, As-built drawings, O & M manual. Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits. Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices. Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project. Attend Monthly Project Review Meetings (PRM) and alert the project team of any potential problems. Coordinate with site activities and provide engineering & technical solutions. Preparation of quality documents, performing testing at site for raw materials and field testing. In charge for batching plant activities, concrete quality & its production.

Prepare weekly and monthly plan to carry out the work.To prepare monthly and daily report of the work being carried out.To follow the safe construction practices at site as per method of statement and risk assessment and to brief workers in daily tool box meeting.To perform the site inspections with client representative to ensure the work is carried out as per approved CSD/SEM drawings.To plan for logistic movement for deliveries of precast and other material required for construction.To liaise with design department if any discrepancy regarding drawing and actual situation.To coordinate with other civil contractors if there is any structural hindrance happen at site due to other civil works.Daily report submission to Construction manager regarding the work being carried out.To give training to new workers regarding work and promote safe working procedures at site.

Daily meeting with construction team regarding schedule of work and to carry out inspections with DTLP C910A representative (LTA inspector/Engineer) before and during commencement of work.To arrange inspections with SWC (System Wide Contractors) for various components of track that handed over to SWC for further installations.To carry out the third party testing like LEW electrical testing of mainline, turnouts, IRJs, Check rail inflation, Stray current collection system, conductor rail etc.To carry out the various testing from professional engineers like NDTs for welds, cube testing for concrete, various testing related to bolts and components used in track construction.To carry out as built inspections for turnouts, buffer stops before handing to SWC parties.To perform the site inspections to ensure that work is carried out per approved drawings and method of statements.To submit daily report to QA/QC manager regarding work.
