In this role, as a Region Business Management Associate, I will be responsible for providing project support to key regional strategic initiatives, as well as the coordination of the region’s business governance and operations for the IMEA Office of the CEO. I will report to the Strategic Initiatives Leader (Chief of Staff) for Marsh McLennan IMEA, and will be a member of the IMEA region development organization.

As Assistant Manager in EY's EMEIA Areas team, I orchestrate pivotal projects driving strategic insights and intelligence that aids regional and market leaders in strategic decision-making and shaping client dialogues. Leading the charge in project management, I spearhead EY's flagship thought leadership reports across Europe, Africa, and Central Asia, competitive intelligence initiatives, and client engagement strategies, fostering growth and market dominance. My role extends to data-driven analysis, focusing on CxO buyers demography and Big4 non-audit fees, while actively contributing to transformative endeavors such as the GenAI working group and the Survey Intelligence Platform team. In this position, I transitioned from the EY GDS Nucleus team to EMEIA Areas, actively supporting regional clients and market initiatives. I played a pivotal role in enhancing client relations across EMEIA, contributing to regional investment reports, brand marketing initiatives, account planning decks, market leadership planning presentations, global D&I strategies and EY's Buyers and Fields of Play programs. Additionally, I crafted impactful go-to-market strategies for managed services in cybersecurity and e-Discovery and facilitated an external client engagement at the Global Partnership Summit 2017 as a Knowledge Expert. Notably, I led the development of analytical dashboards utilizing Microsoft PowerBI, enhancing decision-making processes and insights generation. As an Analyst in EY Knowledge's Nucleus team, I served as the project manager and primary liaison for diverse projects across EY's Brand, Marketing and Communications; Global Media Relations; and Office of the Chairman Account teams. I demonstrated versatility by collaborating on complex projects and benchmarking studies with various sector teams, including O&G, Automotive and Healthcare. Additionally, I demonstrated effective leadership by single-handedly guiding a team of 6 members for the World Economic Forum News Briefing, and contributed thought leadership articles to the EY India Advisory Blog, showcasing my prowess in business writing and strategic communication. During my time as Associate Analyst in EY Knowledge's Areas & Emerging Markets team, I led research projects analyzing executives, companies, sectors, and countries for domestic and international clients. Tracking strategic developments among clients was a crucial part of my role, contributing significantly to business development. I excelled as the sole executor of macroeconomics projects, particularly focused on emerging markets.
