Role and responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Contribute to published training plans and performance evaluations for new hires/ interns. 3. Gather and relay customer feedback to the Engineering Team for continuous improvement. 4. Monitor and analyze the trends and failure rates of products to identify recurring issues. 5. Analyze and document the site-specific recurring issues and touch base with the team on the next action item. 6. Stay updated with the latest product releases, features, and industry trends. 7. To work with the supervisor to upscale the skillset and knowledge base. 8. Manage the returns process for (the US, Canada, South East Asia, Middle East, and Oceania) regions. 9. Conduct comprehensive technical site audits of processes and review the standards of installation.

Role and responsibilities:1. To provide services to customers as per the five major principles of Lutron, particularly ‘Take Care of the Customer’. 2. To contribute as a resource availability for Technical Support Operations and provide T1 Support for Commercial Systems (Quantum, Athena and Vive), Residential Systems (HWQS/ QSX, RA2 Select, Radio RA2/ RA3, Caseta Wireless, and Wallbox products) and Hospitality Solutions (myRoom). T2 Support for RA2 Select, HWQS/ QSX. 3. Driving T1 cases to closure and timely escalating to T2 to help resolve client queries. 4. Troubleshoot and diagnose the on-site issues/ queries. 5. Mockup and simulate field issues in-house to review and identify the root cause of the problem. 6. Contribute to published training plans and performance evaluations for new hires/ interns. 7. To work with the supervisor to upscale the skillset and knowledge base. 8. To continue to contribute and help drive from the front ‘Follow the Sun’ TS initiative. 9. Manage the returns process for (the US, Canada, South East Asia, Middle East, and Oceania) regions. 10. Review the quality and standard of installations followed on Residential jobs. Initiatives: 1. Conduct (Beta Testing) for Lutron’s Residential Lighting Design Software (Lutron Designer), analyze the outcome of the required tests and diligently share feedback to the Development Team. 2. Consolidate the learning from performed mock-ups that had any new learnings/ takeaways to make knowledge sharing more sustainable and to be used later as needed.

Learned about resolving technical queries, troubleshooting, and delivering a solution to an existing problem or query on-site by using numerous support approaches.

Worked on a project 'Mask Detection using Deep Learning and Convolutional Neural Networks' to combat the COVID-19 through the prescribed preventive measures using the latest technology. In this project, we have developed a Deep Learning Model to categorize people with or without a mask. The model may be put to use at schools, colleges, corporates, and varied market places.

1. Creating marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation, and implementation.2. Ensuring brand consistency in marketing by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.3. Collecting customer data and using this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.4. Creating and distributing engaging written or graphic content in the form of blog content, or social media messages.
