Senior Technical Applications Representative
CurrentRole and responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Contribute to published training plans and performance evaluations for new hires/ interns. 3. Gather and relay customer feedback to the Engineering Team for continuous improvement. 4. Monitor and analyze the trends and failure rates of products to identify recurring issues. 5. Analyze and document the site-specific recurring issues and touch base with the team on the next action item. 6. Stay updated with the latest product releases, features, and industry trends. 7. To work with the supervisor to upscale the skillset and knowledge base. 8. Manage the returns process for (the US, Canada, South East Asia, Middle East, and Oceania) regions. 9. Conduct comprehensive technical site audits of processes and review the standards of installation.
