• Use to speak to Candidates (USC or GC) regarding job description, location and rate (If they are independent contractor).• I work on Pro hires. It’s a company internal portal.• Mostly Work on W2, Full time. Work with H1-B candidates as well on c2c basis with their employers.• Work on Recruiting H1B Consultants, Green card Holders & US Citizens for Direct Client Requirements & Vendor Requirements.• When I get c2c requirement then I float to the all vendors who signed MSA. In case of W2, I will search candidate on my database and then use job portals like Dice, Monster and Carrier Builder.• I find the consultant from the C2C and take a contact detail of their employer.• And after that I discuss everything like rate discussion, location and availability by their employer. In case of W2, i use to speak candidates directly on rate discussion, if they are self incorporated then I directly work with them on c2c basis otherwise work on W2 or 1099 basis with them. • Motivate the team to get the best results.Searching profiles, sourcing right consultants, getting them reviewed by account managers, submitting them on the client portal and updating internal ATS/ E-rookie, coordinating interviews and lastly closing the positions respectively.• Mostly work with the consultant’s like US Citizen, Green Card and EAD.• Work extensively with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook I have negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp to Corp and Contract-W2.• Experience in Visas – OPT, H1B, EAD, and GC & USC.• Effectively negotiate pay rates with candidates for contract and permanent positions.• Keeping in constant touch with the consultants and giving timely feedback to them, helped me a lot in timely delivery of the consultants for the clients’ needs.
