- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners, including payment gateways and financial institutions.- Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for integration and service enhancement that benefit merchants.- Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value for both partners and the company.- ⁠Act as the primary liaison between merchants and payment gateway partners, understanding and addressing their unique needs.- Onboard new merchants, providing them with tailored solutions and support for seamless payment processing.- ⁠Create and implement strategic plans to identify, develop, and strengthen relationships with key partners and merchants.- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership and merchant opportunities.- Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partnership strategies with overall company goals.- Develop strategies to enhance merchant satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
