As a Food Tech Engineer, I have developed a deep passion for exploring new food products and technologies. My objective is to leverage my expertise and skills to contribute towards the growth and development of a highly esteemed company, while simultaneously benefiting my own career growth.My education in Food Technology from Jaipur National University, coupled with my work experience as a Junior Quality Executive at Bikano (Bikanervala), has equipped me with a thorough understanding of food safety and product quality. In my current role, my primary goal is to minimize market complaints to zero, and I am well-versed in sensory processing and shelf-life extension of new products. I am also familiar with the basics of food safety requirements and the tests required for determining the quality of namkeen.During my internship at Jain Farm Fresh Foods, I had the opportunity to study fruit, onion, and spice production, along with quality assurance lab and secondary sample analysis at the R&D Bio Agri Lab. This experience has helped me to develop skills in new product formulation, research and development, critical thinking, and troubleshooting.I possess strong coordination skills, which enable me to identify and troubleshoot equipment problems, and compose or revise standard quality control operating procedures. In addition, I have experience in testing and examining samples, sensory examination, and coordination.Apart from my work experience, I have also undertaken personal projects such as working with Parle Products Private Limited, Saras Milk Processing Plant, and Organic Food. I am also certified in HACCP Awareness, and have participated in various webinars and quizzes, including the Impact of Covid-19 on Dairy Industry and Covid-19 Awareness Quiz.In my free time, I enjoy examining new food products and exploring new food technologies. As a result of my passion for food, I am constantly looking for new ways to innovate and contribute to the food industry.I am excited to join a company that values innovation and growth, and where I can apply my knowledge and skills to contribute to its success.
