1.) Technically handle the customer from enquiry stage to order execution stage.2.) Reviewing technical specification & accordingly cost analysis of various types of wire & cables (PVC & HT cables).3.) Designing/Calculation/Selection of the cables as per client/project requirement.4.) Evaluating customer’s cable sample and quote price to them as per their requirement with ensuring standardization of quality assurance measures.5.) Preparation of Technical Datasheets/QAP as per latest National / International standards for Instrument, Control & Power cables.6.) Coordinate with manufacturing team for cable construction / design / quality prospect.

1.) To provide CAD drawings using AutoCAD to convey manufacturing configurations of various types of Wires and Cables i.e. Instrumentation cables, Control & Power cables, Thermocouple cables, MI cables etc.2.) To provide Technical design of Thermowells, SPNDs, MgO Dies, Winding cores etc.3.) Drafting design of Plant layouts, machine line arrangements and to provide drawings for Laser sheet cutting machine.4.) To create activity flow chart of various processes in manufacturing PTFE wires and Shielded cables.5.) Working with SAP to perform task like enquiry generation, building Quotation and order confirmation (OC) of wires and cables.6.) To manage mails and provide documents and technical assistance as per requirement.7.) Coordinate with the client and follow-up of the documents.
