Responsibilities:• Responsible for recruiting consultant for clients in US or as per the requirement they have includes searching.• Source candidates via Internet, cold calling, networking and other creative sourcing techniques to generate additional candidates.• To find potential candidates qualify them formatting their resume & prepared them for the final rounds of the interview.• Experience in W2, Corp-to-Corp and 1099 recruiting.• Experience in handling US recruitment involving in initial screening of resumes, conducting telephonic interviews and coordinating technical interviews, negotiating salaries.• To find resumes from different job portals.• In depth understanding of job portals like Monster, Dice, Career builder, indeed & LinkedIn.• Efficient in prescreening the applicants and evaluate their skills & communication wise.• Building candidate database of potential candidates to meet future requirements, and updating the data bank of their profiles/resumes.• Well versed in the areas of Resourcing, Screening and Negotiating.• Expertise in building professional relationships through Inter Personal skills.• Working closely with GC, EAD’s and US-Citizen.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in US IT recruitment with vendor management and consultant recruiting process.An effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills and an understanding of organizational strategies to help meet corporate objectives.Doing recruitment using various web portals on Dice, Corp-Corp, Carrier Builder, Monster and third parties.Providing the Information Technology (IT) staffing services to small, medium and large companies throughout United States. Experience in negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects with GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD,TN permit holders, OPT EAD.An experience of extensive work in various aspects of Recruitment with good communication, interpersonal and technical skills.Knowledge of the “Recruiting Process” from initial sourcing, posting, recruiting.Work on all tax terms i.e Corp-Corp, W2, 1099.Experience in working all kind of position such as contract,contract to hire, W2 full time, W2 contract.Experience in Recruiting technical consultants of all levels, from programmers to program managers etc.

Working as a handling US Database.

Experience in Indian Recruitment.Resume selling & many more services related recruitment.
