For the first few weeks, sure I sucked at talking with people but with the consistent 1:1s with my sales leader and working on the candid feedback I got from him, the rise I had in my skills was substantial. Week by week, my skills at talking with people couldn’t go unnoticed by the company whether it’s tonality, confidence, asking relevant questions, overcoming objections and smoothly asking for meetings.I built a deep understanding of the industry, the problems it faces and the ICP.I followed top LinkedIn influencers like Josh Braun, Belal Batrawy, and Jed Mahrle, who are experts in the art of selling, and I continuously learned from their content.As a result, I was able to book 10+ meetings and follow-ups each month with 20+ as my top performance in a month.
