This platform is designed to enhance employee engagement and streamline organizational processes by creating and delivering human-centric journeys. My key responsibilities include:1. Platform Development: Designing and implementing new features and functionalities that improve user experience and engagement.2. Backend Engineering: Building and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.3. Frontend Development: Supporting and enhancing the front-end components of the platform, utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks.4. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.5. Code Optimization: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and conducting code reviews to ensure the best practices are followed.6.
