• My primary role is to assist clients in the migration of Electronic Medical Record/Electronic Health Record (EMR/EHR) data from one system to another which involves analysing the requirements of the source system, and ensuring that the data was pre-processed effectively.• Priority Management, Agile Project management with JIRA.• Troubleshooting issues faced by the client, in depth analysis of the issue and strong problem-solving skills to come up with an issue resolution.• Client support, with a strong written and verbal communication.• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and Evaluation-Analysis-Mapping of data with MSSQL server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL databases and the standing database Utilities developed based per the clients' requirements. • Upsizing the raw data into structured format (Database). Restoring number of data structures such as .db, excel, XML, HL7, CCDA, backup Files or data dump into DB as per the compatibility using SSMS.• Analysis of the legacy Data based on the scope of work using SQL. Reporting the Evaluation per the desired scope. Generating reports using Microsoft tools.• Creating the flow sheets for the Clients, to provide a plan for data migration using Ghentchart.• Improving the migration system by finding bugs and system improvement while working with developer.• Developed over 100 custom report solutions within these data systems and deliver unique, innovative reports to executive leadership across dominions of HealthCare, HR, Blood Bank, ERP, CRM, Financial/Payor systems.• Loading the data sets with wasabi, AWS S3 buckets and Azure cloud storage.• Additionally, responsible for training and mentoring new joiners to ensure a high-performing team.

As an Implementation Analyst, I supported clients in migrating their healthcare data from one system to another. My responsibilities included analyzing the source system requirements and implementing data preprocessing techniques such as data cleaning, data integration, data reduction, and data transformation. I tackled various challenges that arose during the data migration process and successfully resolved them. Additionally, I provided technical training and mentoring to new team members.
