Ideally, an enterprise data warehouse provides full access to all the data in an organization without compromising the security or integrity of that data.Production Support and DevelopmentTeradata, Sun Solaris 10, SQL, Shell Scripting, Informetica,Hadoop,BO,Tablue,QlickviewRoles and responsibilities:  Maintain smooth transactions of data using various tools: Informatica, Teradata, Control M, Hive, SQL Server. Dealing with business users from different regions of world and performing their requests on Service Now ticketing tool. Executing Teradata requests like performing Call statements, data insertion, deletion, update. Performing queries on SQL server as per client and user’s requests. Working on ETL tool- Informatica for maintaining data flow; dealing with repository manager, Monitor. Being a part of Hadoop team, execute the Hive queries based on the requirements. Control M (job scheduler) jobs are taken care for data loading from various servers to downstream Hadoop. Continuous performance on service now and updating the tool with proper information after completing requests. Create shell script for release space from mount point automatic after reaching thrash hold value.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Responsible to process and load the files within the given SLA.  Health’s checks of all the SOLARIS servers and carry out Unix Server Administration Activities and database Administration Activities Performance Tuning at OS and Database Level.  Use SQL queries to fetch report from database and Report to the customer about data process and server’s health. Incident management - logging, prioritizing and resolving incidents and track them against various SLAs. Monitor system availability. Manage and support high-availability 24/7 production systems.  Follow proper escalations procedures. Devised Logs Monitoring shell scripts & automated them for easy & efficient monitoring of servers/logs daily. Ensured of each and every problem to get its record in the knowledge management portals, thus improving the documentation process. Product Up gradation, Installation and Patch Management. Providing 24*7 Production Support to the customer.
