● Articulate new technology requirements ensuring understanding by all stakeholders (Business owners,analysts, solution engineers, developer and infrastructure services)● Responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational information systems,software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems.● Direct and manage IT plans, schedules, policies and programs for an organization’s data processing,network communications, business operations, computer services and management information systems,according to established goals and objectives, motivate employees and oversee department initiatives● Identifying emerging information technologies to be analyzed, assimilated and integrated within theorganization.● Leading technology planning, drive the implementation of development best practices throughout theorganization, while governing control and ensuring objectives are achieved● Managing the company’s technology infrastructure, including computer hardware, operating systems, andsoftware applications● Overseeing the development of new technology solutions to improve efficiency or eliminate inefficiencies inoperations● Maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure that the company is receiving the best price for technologyproducts and services● Coordinate IT managers and other department personnel, managing and guiding employees andparticipating in hiring and termination processes● Develop and manage technological infrastructure, including organizational information systems, IT support,software applications, etc.● Implement and maintain critical IT systems, including ensuring system security and disaster recoverysystems are in place● Coordinating IT projects with other departments to ensure that they are completed on time and withinbudget limits

* Perform product design & trouble shooting exercises of extremely high complexity requiring extensive research and analysis* Lead system design and specification development, program logic and flow-charting, testing and debugging* Responsible for making complex design choices to be used by the development teams* Analyze problems and recommend solutions* Work with Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure teams on strategic designs and initiatives* Lead the troubleshooting of complex problems in development and production environments, ensuring timely resolution of issues* Mentor more junior engineers/developers and serve as an SME* Direct the work and assign development tasks of junior engineers/developers* Building the IT Release Calendar in working closely with the managers from different portfolios across IT and centralizing view of all releases* Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews* Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
