Senior Vice President - Technology
Current● Articulate new technology requirements ensuring understanding by all stakeholders (Business owners,analysts, solution engineers, developer and infrastructure services)● Responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational information systems,software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems.● Direct and manage IT plans, schedules, policies and programs for an organization’s data processing,network communications, business operations, computer services and management information systems,according to established goals and objectives, motivate employees and oversee department initiatives● Identifying emerging information technologies to be analyzed, assimilated and integrated within theorganization.● Leading technology planning, drive the implementation of development best practices throughout theorganization, while governing control and ensuring objectives are achieved● Managing the company’s technology infrastructure, including computer hardware, operating systems, andsoftware applications● Overseeing the development of new technology solutions to improve efficiency or eliminate inefficiencies inoperations● Maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure that the company is receiving the best price for technologyproducts and services● Coordinate IT managers and other department personnel, managing and guiding employees andparticipating in hiring and termination processes● Develop and manage technological infrastructure, including organizational information systems, IT support,software applications, etc.● Implement and maintain critical IT systems, including ensuring system security and disaster recoverysystems are in place● Coordinating IT projects with other departments to ensure that they are completed on time and withinbudget limits
