• Filtered the companies global database with over 7M rows(mySQL) and moulded the data into different views and tables to make it customizable with Google Data Studio. This process involved extracting data from a live database, thus the queries were optimized to ensure the flow of data with ease on the existing servers.• The visualization tool built alongside Data Studio allows users to map real-time data(using CRON tab) to the chart parameters, specify refresh intervals and custom-filters to filter the results, and visualize data in the form of the chart chosen. Shareable Dashboards aided almost 100 employees in visually troubleshooting and diagnosing their offline stores handling.• Developed a token generating system for the offline stores from scratch, to facilitate the analysis of customer's service time on the offline stores. Developed a basic algorithm based on the current queue length and average serving time based on the previous data reports to generate a real-time queue waiting time to be displayed on the generated token.
