Spearheaded a very well diversified strategy of entering the Indian health insurance market with a differentiated business model, developed an efficient multi-channel distribution system by leveraging the increasing digital opportunity. Successfully executed various roles cutting across Retail, MSME, SME, Mid Corporate & finance solution verticals within Aditya Birla group since 1994 when I joined the group as a management trainee. I am passionate about helping every Indian having easy access to health insurance via customised solutions such as health insurance, family and individual protection plans and more. In recent times, a significant area of my work has been expanding the distribution channel of health insurance beyond physical mediums to digital platform.With my previous experience as founding team member and Deputy CEO of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. Holding a number of roles, including CFO of Sun Life’s Insurance Business in Indonesia, Head - Institutional Sales of Insurance Business globally.
