• Executed exception analysis of 10+ financial metrics by E2E evaluation of Control Tower (CT) with 15+ sections. This was in close collaboration with Deloitte, UL Shared Services and UL Stakeholders. The tool helped to keep track of the impact of those exceptions on the entire value chain (including stock and sales).• Improved CT eff. by 50% by streamlining input pipeline, solved 35+ anomalies in collaboration with Deloitte & UL.• Analyzed impact of outliers on ₹500bn+ sales to reduce rectification costs. The tool had covered the pricing and material masters of the entire business of HUL. So, the impact on overall stock and sales was easy to access. Implementation of the tool would have helped the organization to reduce the data rectification costs, as the exception would have appeared immediately, and we did not have to wait for the final closing date.• I had devised the SoP for each of the 40+ dashboards so as to help the stakeholders to adapt themselves with the tool easily.
