Experienced eCommerce Professional and EntrepreneurWith a career that began in the Outsourcing industry in 2010, I have had the privilege of working with prominent companies such as TCS, Citibank, Hutchinson 3 Global, Vodafone, Hughes Net, and Spirit Airlines. My journey into the eCommerce world was sparked by the launch of eBay in India, which led me to immerse myself in the industry by working part-time with major sellers on Amazon, eBay, and other global marketplaces.In 2013, I transitioned to full-time freelancing, offering my expertise in eCommerce platforms like eBay and Amazon. Over the past decade, I have honed my skills in Sales, eCommerce, Product Research, Customer Service (phone, email, and chat), Virtual Assistance, Data Entry, Email Handling, and Order Processing. My experience includes managing accounts generating over $1M in annual sales, some of which I helped grow from the ground up.In April 2021, I embarked on a new venture by launching my own private label across various platforms. Additionally, I ventured into manufacturing, producing and exporting premium quality 100% cotton t-shirts made in India.Currently, I am excited about my latest venture with Simply Inked, where I serve as the Country Distributor Partner for India and Nepal.
