• Engineered a cumulative scoring algorithm utilizing 3 ML models to strategically recommend the top 30 zip codes for EV charging infrastructure installation, based on EV adoption rates, charger impact, and underserved areas.• Leveraged integer programming for recommending the top 100 locations within those top 30 zips for charger installation• Created a centralized database by aggregating data from multiple open sources to enable data-driven analysis on KBQs
