• Worked on the following project:Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikash Yojana (PMKVY) scheme of the Central Govt. Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt. Of IndiaAbout the scheme:
• PMKVY was launched in 2015 as the flagship scheme (outlay of INR 12,000 Cr. or 1.4b USD) of Skill India Mission (partially World Bank funded project), implemented by MSDE, GoI.
• The scheme aims to encourage and promote skill development across the country by enabling youths to take up industry relevant free of cost skill training and incentivising this by proving rewards, thereby, boosting.
• Worked as part of the ‘Project Management Unit’ of the scheme at client site.
• Managed the data governance, strategy, analytics and reporting aspect of the scheme, streamlining data related requirements, thereby, reducing manual efforts by 75% and improving data accuracy.
• Coordinated with stakeholders and implementing agencies for real-time progress data management of MSDE initiatives (including PMKVY).

• Worked on the following projects: 1. COVID-19 Analytics project for Health Department of the State Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, India.
• This project aimed to analyse and visualise the COVID-19 data across the state and country to assist the Health Department take crucial decisions during the pandemic.Key activities/roles:
• Led the client relationship management aspect of the project by regularly interacting with the stakeholders on-site to understand requirements and manage the delivery of the project.
• Analysed, developed and deployed live comprehensive dashboards with real-time COVID-19 data and reported various key factors/KPIs such as COVID-19 hotspots in the state, hospital beds and medical equipments.
• This project aimed to provide farm loan waivers to over 3 million debt-ridden farmers in Maharashtra, India. Key activities/roles:
• Worked on data analytics and insights generation, and formulated policy and guidelines for successful execution of the scheme.
