An engineer turned economics student with a passion for building businesses from ground up. Started my entrepreneurial journey back in college with a Sports Startup focused on building low cost live streaming for local and college level sports. Moved to building my own Coaching Centre in Delhi with the same team, and built it to the most reputed institutes for economics masters coaching in Delhi.I am constantly looking to learn new things and wanted to scale my operations, hence switched to working for Classplus, my tech solution provider at my coaching, and was exposed to customer management. Built the program to track and manage the NPS at Classplus which involved initiating various projects at customer end in order to improve customer satisfaction. I was in charge of tracking the social media of customers and highlighting and picking the most primed customers who could grow exponentially in future.When the chance presented to join a young health sector startup with my IIT Bombay senior in pediatric care I joined Babynama (Gagahealth) and have been in charge of entire customer support and sales roles, apart from juggling a lot of unplanned roles like any manager in an early stage startup does.An IIT Bombay Grad, I fell in love with economics and completed my PG in Economics from Delhi School, the premier Economics Institute in India and then went on to pursue my PhD from Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi, which is the most statistical oriented school for Business and Economics in India.I was an active member of student committee in college and have won various accolades including Freedom of the Hall, the highest organizational award in IIT Bombay. I was the first recipient of the award after a gap of 8 years.
