-Contributed to the various feature development of Neotas platform , which combined various data aggregator tools and public databases in a single platform.-Managed timelines and deliverables of Sprints on Jira and contributed to various sprint rituals.Constant communication with clients and subject matter experts to build a deeper understanding of the new line of products.-Worked closely with Engineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meet customer needs and on time with quality-Setting up the sales process for the platform and new service offerings through market research,-Creating User personas and defining Value propositions for the Sales team. -Writing PRDs, epics, and user stories.

-Led the development for a new B2B SaaS product ‘AiSensy’, a complete whatsapp marketing platform, which help businesses broadcast whatsapp messages, automate notifications & provide support via whatsapp business api.-User research and market resaerch to make sure product was PMF.-Managed cross-functional team and stakeholder communication, and oversaw product development from inception to implementation.

● Managed a team of associates to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process across the company.● Distribution of leads, providing feedback and guidance to associates and helping them in closing the deals wherever needed.● Closed 70+ clients in 9 months period, got featured in Yourstory.

● Connect with major colleges and universities across India through prospecting first then arrange a meeting with them to brief them about the product and ensure deal closure.● Closed deals with big universities like LPU, Chandigarh University, SRM university Sonepat, NMIMS, and many other universities.
