After several years of being in the call center industry providing customer service to different clients like DirecTV, Expedia.com, Sprint, and Telstra, May decided to pursue a career as a Chief Membership Officer. Over the course of her career, she has been able to take ownership of issues and achieve positive outcomes for customers whilst meeting strict deadlines. Her ability to build relationships with customers and staff made her one of the most valued employees within many of the projects she worked in.
