The need for a more complex system for our organization required a HRIS conversion from Ceridian to PeopleSoft. For this project to be successfully implemented, I provided significant contributions by supporting the implementation team through exporting and importing the necessary data elements to ensure an effective migration into PeopleSoft. This led to a significant to cost reduction where the alternative would have required the outside vendor to accomplish the same task.Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and Benefit files migration. Our recent acquisition required a transfer of all documents and files to be migrated to the corporate office. I was a member of the team responsible for the coordination and migration of ESPP files and trade transactions. This was a significant decrease in cost since this project was successfully completed less than 2/3 of the time expected.
