• Conceptualize the architecuture and interior space planning of low rise residential housing• Organize all submission drawings and paperwork in tandem with the procedures of obtaining building approval• Employ the basics of designing with acquired knowledge on color, material samples and furnishings to formulate idea and allow for planning• Conduct site measurements,develop illustrations and drafting plans from the initial stages of proposal to as built• Collaborate with fellow designers in bigger scale projects, providing design input and material and colour selections• Manage architectural submission drawings and approval documents from building authorities• Liase with suppliers for material samples, quotations,purchasing and co-ordinating with site supervisor for installation

• Produce architectural and interior proposals of low rise residential design through visual media• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and building schedules • Accompany clients in the selection of interior finishes• Liase with contractors providing them with building drawings and details• Ensuring Quality Assurance on site and follow up on ground activities during site visits

• Develop new window displays showcasing the store’s featured furniture and fabrics• Propose and co-ordinate an individualized look for clients to match their preferences through selection of furnishings, fabrics and colours• Generate sale orders, oversee development of work and organize delivery to client’s house upon completion• Provide house calls on client’s requests, conduct site measurements and propose colour and fabric schemes
