To create, plan, craft, facilitate, oversee and impliment the Creative Curriculum Education system throughout the Childcare department. To maintain staff credentials through professional development workshops, training and instructional guides for the purpose of implimenting new best practice and ensure fidelty to our mission. We will provide the highest quality Early Education as a licensed plus* Early Education Center. In addition I am responsible for sustaining a working business relationship with Creative Curriculum account partners for continued cooperation, replenishment and additional sales benefits. I am also responsible for placing orders for relevant curricula materials to meet and sustain the program requirements within the Creative Curriculum System for teacher training innitiatives, learning and teaching guides and tools and updated suggestive and instructional teaching pedagogy methods throughout each of the 18 classrooms containing 300+ children, ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Continued support and problem resolution is also my responsibility on a regular basis. I love my work building intentional teaching programming and directly investing in our comminuty of teachers and families.

Creation of the music enrichment program. Construct a philosophy and outline developmentally appropriate learning goals in a playgroup style investigative format, developing ways for all age groups to participate in cooperative playgroups. Puppets, creation of and use of an array of instruments, build drum circles, band stand and cultural/Social music adaptation, "nature" and "abc" yoga, sound blending, voice development and musical and social development through musical inclination are key starting points in my music program. These and other well-planned tools for learning are guiding our year-long immersion into many music theory topics!
