In addition to my role as Learning Projects Manager, I chair Stratford East's Closing The Gap Committee. I work strategically with leadership to drive cultural change and ensure anti-racism is embedded across the organisation.

Collected demographic data and conducted interviews with participants of the Royal Opera House’s family and daytime events (incl. the Month of Sundays Festival, Dance with the Royal Ballet, Sing with the Royal Opera, Opera Dots, Family Sundays and Crafternoons). The evaluation will contribute to the Royal Opera House's goal of audience diversification and creating inclusive and welcoming opera events for all.

Single-handed delivery of a successful studio and room hire system at new headquarters. Studios and rooms became so popular that I had to coordinate a team of Out-of-Hours Receptionists to support during early mornings, evenings and weekends. This new service generated approx. £122,000p/a. Thoroughly enjoyed building strong relationships with 12 regular hirers.Conceived and implemented bbodance Springboard residency, a summer outreach programme for emerging dance artists. Launched a marketing campaign via Hootsuite and online platforms. Developed close working relationships with CEO and senior colleagues, in which I not only learnt a great deal about event management but also had the confidence to assert my own ideas. Oversaw selection of 4-6 artists each year.
