Ignite Life is a Bristol charity which acts as an agent for social change, to promote, advance in life, provide for and relieve the needs of young people. We help to enhance the social, physical and mental well-being of 'socially excluded' younger people, and those in danger of becoming 'socially excluded'.

Mentoring young people, many of which are faced with challenging circumstances. - Helping them to develop their social and emotional skills to help them have a positive sense of identity, learn to both recognise and manage their feelings, and form positive relationships. - Mentoring is predominantly on a 1:1 level, yet there is also group work.- Writing detailed session reports for the providers and organisation.

Working at various mainstream and special provision schools in Bristol,providing both 1:1 and group support.

Responsible for ensuring the social, emotional and physical aspects of well-being of residents were being met. Created, managed and delivered monthly activities calendar to address all types of needs. Coordinated budget, social media presence, resources and volunteer recruitment for department.

Working across a range of large regional careers and skills exhibition events, including Skills London which is the largest regional event in the UK attracting 30,000 visitors.

Co-ordinated Bidder Presentation days at both internal and external venues and providing administrative support for tender assessment process.

Managed three-day Revision Camps for students and provided marketing and administrative support to the team.

Lead on specific projects including marketing in-house events, researching new business opportunities and establishing more effective administrative systems

Corporate account management, maximising income and longevity and recruiting new business.Managed largest corporate account, a new partnership with Cycle to Cannes, a fundraising ride, targeted at the property sector.Developed and coordinated corporate volunteering opportunities.

The Lord Mayors Appeal 2011 was a charitable appeal set up by the 2011 Lord Mayor of London to support his chosen charities:a project with high targets and an extensive calendar of activities for a range of income streams.
