As a trans woman, I deeply understand identity and the unique struggles faced by the LGBTQIA+ community.I help clients with issues like loss, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationships and family tensions. Using various approaches, including CBT, transactional analysis, and creative therapies like online sand tray, we work together towards healing.My approach is down-to-earth, warm, and caring. I believe therapy doesn’t always have to be heavy—sometimes, it involves sharing a laugh.
