Working with the coordination teams of both the RSD and RST in the following: 1. RST: · Filing: tracked and got files for case workers and reviewers while also updating their respective excel sheets. Assisted in filing activities whether with tracking, fetching and/or updating applicant’s files within the filing room or proGres.· Reviewed applicants’ official documents to verify absence of any discrepancies between their documents and UN cards/RFFs.· Scheduled interviews for RST case works and updated them on proGres.· Counseled applicants on the phone: for RST interviews, in case resettlement deny, and/or submission of their cases to one of the resettlement countries.· Helped applicants with finishing the Australian forms (requested by the Australian embassy).· Shadowed RST interviews with various nationalities: Iraqi, Syrian, Eritrean, Sudanese, and Ethiopian) profiles and claims.· Contacted applicants who would like to go back to their home countries (Voluntary Repatriation) and counseled on the Vol rep process.· Guided applicants in signing martial/housing declarations forms required by the UK embassy.· Helped with reaching no show applicants and informing case workers of their new contact numbers. 2. RSD: · Drafted NDLs (Negative Decision Letters).· Scheduled interpreters for cases when needed.
