Job responsibilities :-Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings and details starting from schematic drawings up to Construction drawings (IFC Package).-Coordinating architectural drawings with other disciplines (Structure and MEP) by Revit and Navisworks.-Preparing detailed Revit model to extract BOQ schedules and accurate shop drawings. -Preparing BOQ.-Review shop drawings.-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members-Attending meetings with different departments outside the Engineering department such as (Project management – Tender- Procurement- Cost control) for coordination all the stages of the project.-Attending meetings and workshops with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors for different project items and follow up with them.-Preparing MOM.-Initiate requisitions related to materials and subcontractors (QR-SCR-PR-MSR) to procurement through ERP system in Oracle cloud.-Review all material samples before approval and check it with project specifications.-Regular site visits during construction.-Giving recommendations to solve site problem issues.

Job responsibilities :-Following up the Design Process with the Consultant.-Reviewing the Architecture IFC Package.-Coordinating architectural IFC Package with the other disciplines.-Developing schematic drawings for buildings up to construction drawings in house.-Re-design buildings and apartments as per market research.-Creating needed Families for the Revit model .-Preparing Marketing Material including Photoshop presentation for client’s units.
