I have gained a solid foundation in programming, game design, and game engines, as well as multiple skills in Java, C#, and SQL.I recently completed a one-year placement as a software developer at MessageXpress, a leading provider of paperless data management solutions for the trucking industry. I worked on a three-man team to develop and improve various features of the system, such as search features, history tracking, and load management. Through this experience, I learned how to apply my technical skills to real-world problems, and how to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

My placement was in software development. I worked on a three man team creating a Paperless Data Management System for the trucking industry. This allowed users to see loads and pay for, track, etc. each load. I worked on a variety of issues from bug fixtures in search systems to creation of history tracking for load creation/modification. I used sql databases with data and service contracts, hard coded xml, and classes/interfaces/factories in C#.
