Extensive experience involving event management, with solid experience in organizing and producing events, organizing logistics, negotiating/renegotiating with national and international suppliers, travel management, and marketing strategy for social media. I have skills in customer service, support to internal areas, and in interpersonal relationship, which favors my power in negotiating, influencing, and motivating people. I have a hands on, dynamic profile, with organizational skills focused on planning and prioritizing tasks, problem solving, responsibility, and respect, in order to facilitate adjustments in schedules. I worked together with the team and a marketing consultant for the implementation of TWM Eventos' new visual identity (re-branding), repositioning the company in a positive way in the market and in the community and increasing its engagement in the social networks.
