• Act as customer liaison, providing information, assistance, and recommendations of all critical services, products, and amenities• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue for office sales, meeting rooms, memberships, upgrades, and renewals while helping to contribute to the overal revenue of the centre Prepare newly appointed offices for move-in and troubleshoot basic technical issues e.g. programming phones, and IT requirements expectations through innovative service• Provide necessary assistance to clients regarding daily administrative tasksOwning challenges and producing effective solutions. Consistently uphold and exceed customer• Oversee all payment inquiries from external clients; process invoice queries to ensure that payments are processed promptly • Complete and generate pertinent reports

Respond to RP queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email and chat with advanced knowledge of Zendesk ticketing systemAssist RP's in troubleshooting technical issues with both our POS hardware & software and ensuring that product bugs and/or malfunctions were appropriately escalated to our tier 2 technical teamIdentify customer needs and help customers use specific features relative to their business needsUpdate our internal databases with information about technical issues and insightful discussions with RP's regarding product feedbackMonitor RP complaints on social media andreach out to provide assistance where necessaryEffectively communicate new product releases/ enhancements to RP'sMonitor the status of technical issues with RPs and take appropriate action to ensure that they are resolved within a given SLAAnalyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and share these insights with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
