Co-founded Gateway International Group in 2020, then served as an affiliate after the first year. Collaborate with other affiliates to identify new opportunities and deliver services and solutions to institutions of higher educations, governments and organizations around the world to support them with leveraging strategic new directions and emerging opportunities in international education.

Contribute to the development and implementation of EC’s worldwide Strategic Plan, with a focus on business development, delivering on the set expansion plans in the US through the establishment of new centers, start-up or acquisition, in major cities or on university campuses.Work with local branches of foreign embassies and ministries to recruit and support international students on government scholarships from various countries. Design programs, including pre-arrival orientation presentations, to support the recruitment and integration of large groups of foreign government sponsored employees from various ministers.Lead the development of Standard Operating Procedures company-wide, across all functions, with direct responsibilities of managing the implementation process and training plans. Ensure that best practices are recognized and shared.

Contributed to the planning and implementation of EC’s worldwide Strategic Plan; focusing on the establishment of new centers in the US, while overseeing operations of all US centers.Assisted Center Directors in the development of annual business plan, and in the planning of annual budgets; drove profitability upwards by monitoring center performance against budget on a monthly basis; implemented remedial action when actual results were below budget.Worked with local foreign embassies to recruit and support international students on a government scholarship from various countries. Ensured state-specific HR and regulatory compliance; Aligned employment benefits, and business insurance coverage for all EC centers in the US.

Identified key destinations for new centers and potential schools for acquisition; established new centers in strategic locations within key cities, negotiated leases, collaborated with architects to come up with floor plans; selected all furnishings for new centers.Obtained necessary State Licensing, accreditation and SEVIS approvals; managed integration of acquisition to EC centers. Managed operations at all US centers, delivering on strategic plan’s set financial performance.Identified student housing needs, and sourced out appropriate housing; Negotiated housing contracts with student residence providers and host family agencies.
