I’ve called Wilmington my home for the past 15 years. After living in big cities, small towns, and Army bases, I find Wilmington is the perfect mix of healthy coastal living and city amenities. It’s a culturally advancing, outdoor living-oriented town with a burgeoning arts district, a major film production industry (Screen Gems) and an international airport. With beautiful beaches, interesting and varied architecture and an eclectic population, it is a place where you can create many different lifestyles.When I speak to clients about their interest in relocating to the Wilmington area, my primary goal is to understand how they like to live their lives and what they are looking to create once they are here. I understand the different "personalities" of the various town and beach areas and what they have to offer in terms of amenities, demographics, and lifestyle.
