As a Product Manager at Microsoft, I work on all things Linux on Azure with the goal of making Azure the best cloud to run Linux based workloads. From product strategy to business analytics, I hold a multifaceted role that includes managing the open source project Inspektor Gadget. Inspektor Gadget is a tool and framework for data collection on Linux hosts and Kubernetes using eBPF.

The UVA Seed Fund is a $10 million fund launched by the University of Virginia to invest in new ventures emerging from the university portfolio. The Seed Fund invests in a variety of ventures, especially those in the life sciences and healthcare spaces.

Clarifi is an evidence-based desktop application to help students complete their online homework more efficiently. Through thoughtful design, Clarifi helps students breakdown their homework into manageable chunks, creates a distraction free environment so students can focus on the task at hand, and then rewards students through in-app gameification for completing their homework.

Azure Cloud Native Strategy

• Promoted to Business Manager where I managed Balance Transfer Digital Products and Experiences for the enterprise along with a full stack tech team • Owned consumer facing Web front end feature application, Phone Channel agent servicing platform, Back End APIs and Mobile strategy

• Led Growth Product Strategy for Capital One's customer facing, J.D. Power award winning mobile and web application with over 50 million monthly active users• Developed COVID-19 Hardship Relief Digital Experiences for over one million customers experiencing financial hardship• Led analysis including business case creation, A/B test design, and performance monitoring while partnering with product and technology leaders to launch Capital One’s first in-app multicard marketing campaign• Created tool to enable Product Managers to conduct analysis for digital apps

• Worked in the Retail Bank Line of Business where I created a branch deposit growth initiative based on Total Motivation principles to encourage branch level deposit growth in an organic, customer centric, manner

• I advised 22 First Year students in everything from academics to personal safety while promoting a sense of community in the residence hall. • I also promoted the regulations outlined by UVA Housing and Residence Life. • My responsibilities included guiding first year students through fall orientation, creating educational programs for the residents, aiding in conflict resolution, and acting as a peer mentor.

• Under the direction of Principle Investigator, Dr. Jennifer Munson, the Onco-Engineering Lab in the Department of Biomedical Engineering aimed to investigate the tumor microenvironment and develop clinical models to aid in the understanding of cancer and therapeutic methods to defeat cancer. • I helped in the investigation of interstitial fluid flow in the tumor microenvironment and healthy tissue surrounding it by performing cell culture, imaging and data analysis.

• Collaborated with factory supervisor to develop strategies to increase production efficiency, decrease scrap rate, maximize raw materials of FDA regulated micropipettes and pitched tactics to General Manager in monthly meetings • Developed simplified inventory system to reduce stress on production technicians, cut time spent on paperwork by 50%• Designed new floor plans to maximize square footage of factory and minimize bottleneck of supply chain process

• As a research Intern under the direction of Dr. Alayna Loiselle, P.I., I helped with the study of flexor tendon healing and its relationship with Type II Diabetes Mellitus. • I worked closely with PhD candidates, graduate students, and medical students along with the Principle Investigator. • I focused specifically on the biomechanics aspect of research but also gained valuable cell culture, western blotting, and PCR skills.
