- Delegating responsibilities and practicing strong teamwork skills to handle busy weekend rushes, serving up to hundreds of customers in a shift- Practicing self motivation to accomplish daily and hourly chores to improve the flow of traffic behind the bar, such as staying stocked on supplies, taking trash out, and prepping drinks- Balancing staying on task, preparing drinks, keeping on top of chores, and managing strong customer relations

- Mentoring 5-6 new and returning Supplemental Instruction leaders throughout the semester. - Observing session and hosting follow up meetings to report back to administration- Fostering strong relationships between myself and mentees as well as between the mentees themselves

- Creating three weekly lesson plans around the content taught in introductory accounting courses- Hosting sessions for around 20~25 students as well as exam reviews for over 150 students- Developing a deep understanding in both financial and managerial accounting to effectively answer any questions students may have

- Preparing approximately a dozen tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals per week- Communicating with managers and partners to acquire the necessary information to complete said returns- Researching tax law using the IRC and secondary sources to determine appropriate recognition and deductions- Performing end of year adjustments to prepare partnerships' and s-corps' books for tax reporting
