Invoice Adjustment Approver L1 - SME• Review and approve invoice billing modification for refund requests, credit and debit adjustments • Handled Ad hoc and Business Excellence report that involves all the drivers and factors of daily SLA which measures the performance of the team.• Submit Ideas for process improvement bi-annual basis• Manage the volume of requests and work distribution in the team• Point of contact in the team in terms of queries and escalations• Handles the training for new joiners• Refund Call process

• Reconcile SAP transactions versus the bank transactions • Reclassification of transactions by making journal entries in GL accounts • Investigate and correct the errors or discrepancies in the account.• Prepare monthly balance sheet report for unreconciled and aged transactions to be discussed with the business controller• Provides guidance and support to the team as a Subject Matter Expert

BS Reconciliation Analyst• Reconcile SAP transactions versus the bank transactions • Reclassification of transactions by making journal entries in GL accounts • Investigate and correct the errors or discrepancies in the account.• Prepare monthly balance sheet report regarding the status of unreconciled and aged transactions which is then discussed with the business controller• Provides guidance and support to the team as a Subject Matter Expert

• Execute payment proposal in SAP ECC• Process wire payment manually in Citidirect online portal • Clear invoices paid in SAP manually • Coding and posting non PO invoices to be processed in wire payment • Perform daily check of bank statement for returned payments • Generate a balance report for checking of rejected payments• Review unreconciled refund checks and call vendors for checking the vendor account• Handle reversal of payments for returned and rejected payments• Provide immediate support to customers/clients for queries about invoices and payment• Investigate due open invoices with error in payment method, blocked invoices and debit balance in vendor account.

• Execute and release payment proposal in SAP• Check for errors in payment proposal and make necessary corrections• Prepare manual payment form to be submitted to treasury• Clear invoices which have been paid manually• Provide immediate support for concerns regarding invoices and payments with onshore counterparts • Reconciliation of outgoing clearing accounts includes payment matching, returned and rejected payments.

• Process invoices through ERP system• Coordinate with suppliers on a weekly meeting to receive all the invoices • Prepares check to be paid to suppliers • Generates weekly/monthly sales report nationwide to be submitted to Sales Head.
