• Manage the volume of requests and work distribution in the team
• Point of contact in the team in terms of queries and escalations

• Reconcile SAP transactions versus the bank transactions
• Reclassification of transactions by making journal entries in GL accounts
• Investigate and correct the errors or discrepancies in the account.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet report for unreconciled and aged transactions to be discussed with the business controller
• Provides guidance and support to the team as a Subject Matter Expert

• BS Reconciliation Analyst
• Reconcile SAP transactions versus the bank transactions
• Reclassification of transactions by making journal entries in GL accounts

• Perform daily check of bank statement for returned payments
• Generate a balance report for checking of rejected payments

• Execute and release payment proposal in SAP
• Check for errors in payment proposal and make necessary corrections
• Prepare manual payment form to be submitted to treasury
• Clear invoices which have been paid manually
• Provide immediate support for concerns regarding invoices and payments with onshore counterparts
• Reconciliation of outgoing clearing accounts includes payment matching, returned and rejected payments.

• Process invoices through ERP system
• Coordinate with suppliers on a weekly meeting to receive all the invoices
• Prepares check to be paid to suppliers
• Generates weekly/monthly sales report nationwide to be submitted to Sales Head.
