Administer emergency care when necessary and contact EMS when required. Obtain specimen samples as ordered by physicians. Make rounds with physicians and assisted in procedures as requested. Maintained clinical and medication records and responsible for security of medications within facility. Ensure safety and security of residents. Administered medications and assured inventory of medications, re-ordered and maintained an open line of communication with pharmacy as needed. Provide excellent customer care to residents and their families by responding to their requests in a timely manner.
