With the completion of Earnout I was invited to occupy a new position for Latin America, focusing on the development of solutions for the business area within the Marketing team. Below are the main projects I lead:Cloud Platform: We created a platform of Cloud solutions in our Markeplace division where we have configurators for Office 365, Cloud Backup from Azure and Cisco Webex. In addition to the offers, we provide a panel where our customers can manage the contracted services directly in the Microsoft DataCenter through APIsOffers platform: We created a panel of offers through configurators of Servers, Storage, Network, Microsoft Licensing and accessories, with the entire online purchase process.ScanSource University: We created an E-Learning platform where together with a production company we recorded several technology trainings (In Portuguese and Spanish). Currently the onboarding of the channel within our program is made available instantly.http://university.scansource.com/Social Media: As part of Marketing, we are developing different ways to disseminate news from our main manufacturers on our social media. In addition to interviews with several executives in the technology market, we created a program on the ScanSource´s YouTube channel called OUTBOX. In it we perform the unboxing of several products and solutions from our IT market. We have already surpassed more than 130 programs totaling more than 1 million views.

In 2012 Network1 expanded its business by creating offices throughout Latin America, where I started to manage consultants in these offices (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru). From that moment on, I managed 20 employees.With the constant growth of the company, with 400 employees, in 2014 I returned to the focus on the project area, managing 16 employees and serving more than 60 brands. In 2018 Network1 was acquired by Scansource!

In August 2010 I took over the management of Network1 IT Support team (composed of 02 analysts), putting into practice the knowledge of the project area in the company's internal infrastructure.

In this promotion in February 2010 I started to manage the pre-sales Support team composed of 10 Consultants, having the responsibility of managing all the processes worked by the team, ensuring the necessary resources in the service provided to the 20 manufacturers distributed by Network1.

Functions: In addition to the functions already performed earlier as trainee, my main function is to delegate projects of greater complexity, not only to meet a key need required, but always with the intent of the plan for project sustainability and future expansions, other possible applications to be implemented traffic as VOIP (Voice over IP), video conferencing, Server load balancing. Beyond the commercial knowledge in the area of negotiation of projects.

Duties: Analysis of public announcements related to network equipment (Switches, Routers, Wireless, Firewall and VoIP) of various manufacturers (3Com, Alcatel, Extreme, Avaya, Foundry, Huawei, SonicWall, Juniper, among others), providing consultancy for more of 6000 Partners, assisting on projects, questions, suggestions topology, specifications in public processes, advocacy project in the final client and others. My job is based on pre-sales support (Project), but in some cases working on post-sale.

Software development for the planned furniture market, with the main challenge being participation in research for the implementation of Dll’s, listview, treview and reports using VsPrinter. Connections to SQL Database and system integration with AutoCad.
