In December 2016 I completed my studies in International Business. My educational background and experience have allowed me to grow and have prepared me well to make a significant contribution to the organization.While completing my professional studies I worked at C.H Robinson part-time as a LTL Representative. My responsibilities in this role included providing a customer service and assisting on finding a way to optimize freight in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment.The opportunity came and I joined the Johnson Controls family.As part of the training I traveled and worked for two months in Toronto, Canada learning how to perform credit and collection activities.This has given me the opportunity to provide a better customer service based on my acquired skills.After two years I joined Carrier Mexico where I continue to develop skills related to my previous position.With regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements of my daily activities:• Customer Service: Worked for five years in a face-to-face customer service environment helped me to develop and manage the portfolios in the best way possible.• Building Trusting Relationships: Responsibilities at my last and current position included demonstrating value and respect for customers by emphasizing the importance of their satisfaction while offering full attention to every single situation.• Decision Making: Being part of these teams has allowed me to learn how to make decisions in a timely manner. In order to provide a good customer service we’ve been taught how to identify and understand a problem so we can keep and grow the business we already have.• Managing Work: All of my positions have taught me how to manage time and resources to ensure our work is completed.My motivations include learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives.
