Mayelin applies her first-hand knowledge as a former business owner to develop and implement financial solutions for proprietors and their families.Mayelin has almost 20 years combined experience in operations, management, and business planning. She was a small business owner for almost a decade operating her own food supply business, working with the local hotel and restaurant industry. She later joined the consulting industry where she assisted over 600 companies in analyzing deficiencies within their businesses. Today, Mayelin works with domestic and international clients to design, implement and manage evidenced -based investment portfolios customized to align to their financial plans. Additionally, Mayelin offers guidance on buy sell funding, employee retention strategies and succession planning via insurance solutions for business owners. In addition to spending time with her family, Mayelin volunteered for SCORE; an organization aimed at helping small businesses thrive in their community. Her role as a workshop presenter brought great value to both the organization and business owners, ranking her a top presenter in her local chapter. Mayelin is bilingual in English and Spanish. She holds a Series 65 and Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Annuities Agent license.
