Sell Tickets to customers for variety events. Implement effective behavior management strategies for each student. Develop Individualize Education Plan (IEP), Meet and set goals and program objectives with regional coordinator and parents. Design and follow lesson plans weekly corresponding with each child’s IEP objectives and goals. Prepare students for the North Carolina standardized tests. A variety of teaching techniques are used to aid students in achieving their goals. These goals include obtaining a High School Diploma, how to achieve in good job skills, and learning life/parenting skills.
